As I am planning to make my magazine a feature of 'Best of 08', then I am going to use this theme as the main point of focus for my front cover.
I am planning on having a large masthead at the top of the page, a large photograph and a large title claiming it is a best of 2008 issue. I am not going to use any plugs on my front page as I feel this will take the shine off the magazine being a feature issue.
The colours I am going to use will be bold and loud against a black background so it really sticks out at the viewer.
